The company is owned by Chae H. Bae, who graduated from Colorado School of Mines in May, 1990 with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Civil Engineering.  He started in the residential mortgage business in 1993. 

Professional Mortgage Source LLC is a Colorado Limited Liability Company.  The employees of Professional Mortgage Source LLC have helped hundreds of people obtain the “American Dream” of home ownership.  We’ve done it honestly, professionally and competitively.   We have experience in originating and processing government (FHA,VA), Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac, jumbo, and 2^nd mortgages.  Professional Mortgage Source LLC currently employs 10 loan originators and 4 support staff.

Professional Mortgage Source LLC is a local neighborhood company offering a wide variety of products including fixed & adjustable rate mortgages, FHA/VA and Conventional mortgages.  The lending industry is very volatile and we specialize in GSE and Government backed products as the funding for these products are unlimited.
